Adam Conrady is an associate attorney in our tax and corporate law practice group. Adam focuses his practice on a wide range of business and corporate law matters including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation, and real estate transactions.
While in law school, Adam served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UA Little Rock Law Review Editorial Board along with being a member of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change & Public Service. In addition to being selected as a student member of The Judge Henry Woods American Inn of Court, Adam was selected by the law school faculty to serve as a Student Marshal at his class graduation ceremony.
