McDaniel Wolff Welcomes New Associate Attorney

McDaniel Wolff PLLC is excited to announce Adam Conrady has joined the firm as our newest associate attorney.

Adams’ area of practice focuses on a wide range of business and corporate law matters including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation, and real estate transactions. Adams’ education started at Western Illinois University where he earned his M.B.A. with a Finance concentration along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. While at WIU, he was a dedicated member of the football team as a three-year starter and four-year letterwinner with notable mention of being a key contributor on the 2017 team which ended the season ranked #9 in Division 1 FCS and set the 9th best season record in school history. He was also voted to the leadership council, was the recipient of the most improved award and was on the Dean’s List and Missouri Valley Conference Honor Roll multiple times.

After graduating from WIU, Adam attended the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor. While earning his Juris Doctor, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UA Little Rock Law Review Editorial Board along with being a member of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change & Public Service. As EIC, he managed a law review of over forty members and represented the Law Review at law faculty meetings including but not limited to successfully passing certain diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and increasing the total credit hours that can be earned by members of the Editorial Board. In addition to being selected as a student member of The Judge Henry Woods American Inn of Court, Adam was selected by the law school faculty to serve as a Student Marshal at his class graduation ceremony.

Adam also received top papers in Research, Writing & Analysis and Real Estate Transactions, gained experience in a variety of different areas of law through clerkships at several law firms and published a note in volume 45 of UA Little Rock Law Review titled: Real Property Law–Easements–Why Arkansas Should Adopt the Uniform Easement Relocation Act.

Prior to joining McDaniel Wolff PLLC, Adam was an associate attorney at a national law firm practicing corporate law.
