David Lee is an Associate Attorney at McDaniel Wolff. David focuses his practice on corporate legal matters, tax planning, sales transactions, civil litigation and more.
He also assists clients with tax controversies and estate planning. While in law school, David served as a member and student editor for the UA Little Rock Law Review, and received top papers in Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Intellectual Property in addition to being recognized as a Bowen Scholar. After earning his juris doctorate, he was recruited by the University of Florida Levin College of Law to be an editor of their prestigious Florida Tax Review while attending the University and earning his LL.M.
