Jim Phillips is an experienced trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes commercial litigation matters throughout Arkansas.
A native of Little Rock, Jim has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes, including claims in involving breach of contract, shareholder rights, business torts, fraud, real estate matters, employment-related claims, intellectual property rights, and more.
He also regularly represents clients with respect to real estate transactions, estate and probate controversies, appeals, and general business law matters.
