Jim Phillips is an experienced trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes litigation matters.

Jim has extensive experience representing clients in various commercial disputes, including claims in involving breach of contract, shareholder rights, business torts, fraud, real estate matters, employment-related claims, intellectual property rights, and more.
