Ginny Ashcraft is an associate attorney at McDaniel Wolff. Ginny’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, appeals, government relations, as well as divorce and family law.
While in law school, Ginny earned top papers in her Lawyering Skills II, Legal Profession, and Criminal Procedure: Applied Skills courses. Outside of her coursework, she interned at the Bowen Office of Alumni and Development, clerked at several law firms in a variety of practice areas, and was selected as a Fendler Fellow for Arkansas Access to Justice. She also mentored first-year law students as a Property Fellow and received the award for Bowen Fellow of the Year in recognition of her achievements. After law school, Ginny served as a Staff Attorney at the Fair Housing Project of Legal Aid of Arkansas, where she specialized in federal and state housing litigation, estate planning, and family law.
