McDaniel Wolff PLLC is pleased to announce the licensure of our newest attorneys Lauren McCauley & Brittany Webb.
Lauren McCauley is an associate attorney at McDaniel Wolff, PLLC. Lauren’s area of practice focuses on litigation and government relations. Laurens’ education started at the University of Central Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Bachelor of Business Administration in Manage Information Systems. While at UCA, she was on the Dean’s List and President’s List. Lauren was a member of the Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority where she served as the Vice President of Alumnae and Heritage, Service and Giving Chair, All Greek Council Chair, Philanthropy Chair of the Order of Omega Honor Society, a Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor, a Big Event Volunteer Team Leader, Who’s Who Among UCA Students recipient, and a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society.
After graduating college with honors, Lauren attended the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor. While earning her juris doctor, Lauren received top papers in Reading, Writing and Analysis (RWA), Lawyering Skills, Sales Transactions, and FOIA Litigation. She was an RWA Teaching Assistant, Bowen Student Mentor, Moot Court Board Chair, National Moot Court Competition Quarter Finalist (2021 & 2022) and Top Brief recipient (2022), AAWL Member, Student Wellness Society Treasurer, and the H. Maurice Mitchell Leaders in Law Scholarship recipient. Lauren also participated in various clerkships with law firms and served as an extern to Chief Judge D. Price Marshall at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
Brittany Webb is an associate attorney at McDaniel Wolff, PLLC. Brittany’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, business torts, breach of contract, and government relations.
Brittany’s education started at Hendrix College where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History. While at Hendrix College, Brittany was an inaugural member of the American Mock Trial Association Student Advisory Council, participated in ACTAA Student Congress, and co-founded the Hendrix Mock Trial Association. As a Governor’s Distinguished Scholarship recipient, she was frequently on the Hendrix College Dean’s List and was awarded the Dr. and Mrs. F. Marion Tolleson Prize for Public Speaking. After college, she attended American University Washington College of Law in the District of Columbia, where she earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude. During law school, Brittany served as a staffer on the ABA-sponsored Administrative Law Review and a senior articles editor for the American University Legislation and Policy Brief. She was also vice president of the WCL Mock Trial Honor Society, an organization recognized as part of the #4 Trial Advocacy program in the nation. As a participant in this program, she won numerous personal and team awards, including being named a National Trial Competition (NTC) finalist. Upon graduation, Brittany was awarded the Order of Barristers and the Mooers Trophy for her advocacy skills.
After law school, Brittany clerked for the Judge-in-Chambers at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and worked as an associate attorney at Homer Law Chartered, where she specialized in administrative law, Federal Indian law, and gaming. Brittany is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
