McDaniel Wolff PLLC Adds Brittany Webb as Firm Member

McDaniel Wolff PLLC of Little Rock has added Brittany Webb as a member of the law firm.

Brittany joined the firm as an associate attorney in August 2022. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, appeals, divorce and family law, and government relations. She has significant experience in litigation, appellate matters, administrative law and regulatory issues.

While attending American University Washington College of Law, Webb served as a staffer for the ABA-sponsored Administrative Law Review, Senior Articles Editor for the American University Legislation and Policy Brief, and Vice President of the nationally ranked WCL Mock Trial Honor Society.

After earning her J.D., cum laude, she clerked for Judge-in-Chambers at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and later practiced with Homer Law Chartered of Washington, D.C., where her work included administrative law, federal Indian law and regulated gaming.

Webb is admitted to practice in Arkansas, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Hendrix College of Conway. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association and Pulaski County Bar Association, and served on the Arkansas Bar Association Mock Trial Committee for 2024-2025.
